Queen Siya had a lot of issues with her slave. The issues were just too much for her and she felt that she had to torture him for it. That is why she had to make sure that the guy never messed up again and that he learned to do things the way she wanted. The poor guy never expected what happened to him but he got the message and he agreed to change.
When lady Lucy got disappointed by this guy, she knew that the best thing to do to him was to make him eat her shit and drink her pee. She did not give him the chance to do or to say anything about any of the things she planned to do to him. He had to sit back and do all she said or else the punishment would get worse.
When this mistress noticed that she had to scare this guy to get him to do things, she immediately felt that she had to make him eat her shit as that was the thing she knew he had never done and that she wanted to ensure that he did today. This new slave needed to be punished and this mistress did it with the help of her friends. Mistress Anna was not ok with how this slave behaved and since he had refused to adhere to her instructions, she had no choice but to punish him.
